June 20, 2023.  CIIC International Business Development Limited (CIIC) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Singapore's Netxus Global Pte Ltd. in Beijing. Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Guo Huiliang, Chairman and General Manager of CIIC International Business Development; Mr. Wesley Hui, Founder of Netxus Global, and other key management personnels from both companies. Mr. Guo Huiliang and Mr. Wesley Hui signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held talks on human resources services, business travel services, resources sharing and talent exchange. According to the agreement, the two sides will commit to strategic cooperation in the fields of science and technology, culture, education and business between China and Singapore.  The agreement aims at empowering government, enterprises and individual customers, creating an international industrial chain and ecosystem, and further promoting international business cooperation.
