NETXUS GLOBAL AND CALDRON TECHNOLOGIES COLLABORATES TO DRIVE TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION IN GUANGDONG, HONG KONG AND MACAU GREATER BAY AREA
Singapore, 24 Nov 2022 – Netxus Global Pte Ltd and Caldron Technologies Pte Ltd have formalized a strategic partnership that will synergise resources and tighten cooperation in technology innovation for the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Greater Bay Area as well as Southeast Asian markets.
On 24 November 2022, Ms. Alice Chan, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Netxus Global Singapore, and Ms. Zhao Shuang, Chief Financial Officer of Caldron Technologies, signed the Letter of Intent – Collaborative Agreement” to expand and deepen the collaboration on business platform through integration of Web3, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data, avatar twins technologies, global talent development and acquisition as well as smart solutions applications in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macau Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asia markets. The signing of the agreement was witnessed by lawyer Mr. Wu Geng. The agreement focuses on: the development of a business platform with innovative use of Web 3, artificial intelligence and big data analytics; digital metahuman generation and scenario application; information exchange and market expansion with academia, industry and talent.

The agreement was signed at the 2022 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Singapore Promotion Forum and is dedicated to promoting the application of smart project construction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asian markets.
The promotion event was jointly organised by the Guangdong Economic and Trade Representative Office in Singapore, Singapore Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Singapore Friendship Club. Honorary support from Singapore Business China and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in Singapore.
About 70 guests from the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore Enterprise Development Board, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore General Chamber of Manufacturers, Singapore China Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Hainan Chamber of Commerce, Singapore Chinese Medicine & Healthcare Products Chamber of Commerce, National University of Singapore Institute of East Asian Studies, etc. attended the event.
The conference aims to continuously promote the integrated development of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Greater Bay Area, and develop the area into a global investment hub. Both Netxus Global and Caldron Technologies will also work together to contribute to technology innovation and collaborate towards completing the smart projects for the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Bay Area and ASEAN region.
